Ilios provides multiple ways of learning including reading & listening to an e-book, listening to audio podcast & graphical video to get the multimedia experience of learning. The pre & post assessment section allows you to test yourself and map the progress of learning.

Ilios is meant for people who want to learn on the go. It is aptly suited for enterprise & individual learners who wish to learning a time bound manner, different subjects available on the app from time to time.

Key features:
1. Home Page contains the company’s logo to provide a sense of familiarity
2. Pre/ Post-assessment Test can be administered in the form of a multiple choice question at anytime as per User’s convenience. Each question will be randomly pushed to the screen. The time allotted to respond to each question is configurable. Since the questions are randomized from a large pool, every user will get a unique question set. The User can be provided an option to abort the test mid-way up to two attempts. This can be re-activated on obtaining special approvals.
3. Based on the results of the tests; a personalized learning track will be developed for the User. A track may comprise one or more topics which have been identified as areas that require training intervention.
4. Content for each topic can be provided as –
a. E-book: This has the ease of browsing facilitated through menu buttons. Additionally, the e-book has a text to voice converter
b. Audio podcast: can be created in the voice of the coach
c. Graphical video: provides an effective medium to further explain complex concepts.
5. Videos can also be made offline for later viewing
6. All content uploaded on ilios is filtered through a stringent quality control process and is aimed at delivering byte sized learning for maximum effectiveness.
7. Daily updates on the progress vis-à-vis the program plan will be displayed on the program home page. This will act as a point of reference for the user and is likely to keep them focused.
